6.            Matomo (formerly "Piwik")

Our website uses "Matomo" (formerly "Piwik"), a web analytics service provided by InnoCraft Ltd, 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand. Matomo stores cookies on your terminal device which enable an analysis of your use of our website. The information collected in this way, namely the following data, is stored exclusively on our server:

•             Two bytes of the IP address of the calling system of the user.

•             The website called up.

•             The website from which the user accessed the website called up (referrer).

•             The sub-pages that are visited from the called-up website.

•             The length of stay on the website.

•             The frequency with which the website is accessed.

Our website uses Matomo with the setting "anonymize visitors' IP addresses". This means that IP addresses are processed in abbreviated form, thus excluding the possibility of direct personal references. The software is set so that the IP addresses are not stored completely, but 2 bytes of the IP address are masked (for example, 192.168.xxx.xxx). In this way, it is no longer possible to assign the shortened IP address to the calling computer. The IP address transmitted by your browser via Matomo is not merged with other data collected by us.

We use Matomo to analyse the use of our website and to be able to continuously improve our functions and offers.

The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a GDPR or § 15 para. 3 TMG (German Telemedia Act). We require your consent for the use of Matomo, which we obtain via our consent banner.

7.            Use of the Online Contact Form

When you use the online contact form, we collect personal data (such as your name and e-mail address) only to the extent they are provided by you. The mandatory details are marked with an *. We only use your e-mail address to process your enquiry. We store your data as long as this is necessary for the processing of your enquiry and / or insofar as statutory retention obligations prevent the deletion of your data.

8.            Processing of Orders

We use customer data provided to us in connection with an order or enquiry for the purpose of processing the contract or dealing with your enquiry. We cannot process your order without this information.

The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b GDPR.

9.            YouTube

We have set up a YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/channel/UC7q9qwKGn1SiTRg0ftwQvwA to inform our customers and interested parties about our company and our products. We also show instructions as videos there.

YouTube is a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When you visit YouTube, personal data is processed with YouTube as the controller within the meaning of the GDPR, even if you are not logged in with a YouTube account. Among other things, your IP address and possibly other information that is available in the form of cookies on your PC is collected. We do not know which user data YouTube or Google processes in detail.

Due to this, we refer to YouTube's privacy policy, which is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

We, as the owner of the channel, receive statistical information for the analysis of success. However, this does not result in a personal reference. Nevertheless, your public profile is visible to us if you have subscribed to our channel. What we see depends on your profile settings. Your profile will no longer appear in the list of subscribers if you end your subscription, that is, if you stop following us. Should you interact with us via our YouTube channel (for example, by commenting), we will process your personal data, that is, your name, messages, requests or other contributions.

The legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f GDPR.

10.          On-apply

For online applications, we use the "onapply" application platform of On-apply GmbH, Schumannstraße 27, 60325 Frankfurt am Main Germany. This is an application management software. The aim is to optimize our recruitment processes.
